Now I'm trying to get my own catering company off the ground.. it's alot of work.. its called DelVecchio's Catering
I am an addict in recovery, my clean date is 11/28/03. SO THAT MEANS I DONT DRINK OR DO DRUGS ANYMORE. because im an addict in recovery i am taking this as my second chance at life and i plan on making the best of it,GOD, FUN, LOVE, FRIENDS, FAMILY, the works. I dont use so I find other ways to get my thrills. jumping out of planes or whatever.. hopeing to get into some cliff jumping sometime.. im trying out new extreme things.. LIFE IS AWESOME.. BUT GET IN MY WAY AND YOUR DONE MAN!! Im very active in NA.. My home group is the "Just for Today" meeting on friday nights in P.G. utah. I do lots of service and i have a sponsor.

Feb 2, 1950 Just a reminder for those that know, and some information for those that didn't - Yesterday was the anniversary of Jimmy K.[Kinnon]'s first day clean, back in 1950.
Just 2 1/2 years later it was Jimmy, along "with several addicts and some members of A.A. ... formed, in July of 1953, what we now know as Narcotics Anonymous."
Jimmy, with the help of the "simple spiritual - not religious -program" for which he himself did so much in loving service, stayed clean from 02 February 1950 until his death from lung cancer on the 9th of July1985. |

Recovery happens one day at a time and is possible when you have a close, personal, relationship with Jesus Christ !
We're a New Testament Christian 12 Step group for those who have recovery issues such as alcoholism, drug addiction, mental illness, damaged emotions, and abusive experiences. Through hearing God's Word, bible study and personal discipleship, you stop being conformed to this world and experience the transformation of the renewing of your mind. Anything that has been learned can be unlearned. Certainly this is the major path of renewal in the New Testament.
