| Well here goes. I have been clean and sober since 6/16/92. I used to go to meetings everyday, then I went less, 2 or3 a week. I moved away from "HOME", the Sac area, to north County SD. I have been to a couple of meetings here and didn't feel welcomed. When ever I go to Sac to visit I go to a meeting and feel like... Home. I don't really know how else to explain the feeling, and "yes" I remember when I first started going to meetings. I felt like I belonged there, that that was where I was supposed to be. "HOME" Even at my first meeting of NA, I knew I was HOME, I don't feel that way here, I don't know how to get that feeling back, or what to do. I have to be here for 3 more years, any suggestions. |
