| Hey, I dont really know what I'm doing! Anywway, my name is Neil and I am from Wales in the U.K. Like most people in Wales I am an alcoholic and a compulsive overeater . I think i am intelligent, but that may be one of my many blindspots! I have been waiting for my real life to begin for many years now, following the same old patterns, not really treading any new ground. I think i have a creative streak within me and love escaping through writing and reading. I can't draw for shit mind! I have cleaned up my act, but seem to be clouded in a lot of unresolved feelings of anger and resentment. I find surrendering the hardest thing in the world to do, but know it is essential to my recovery. I guess this program doesnt work its magic on everybody overnight!! Anyway, would just like to say thanks to all of you guys who are on here because each one of you has valuable gifts to pass on to newcomers like myself, and I would be very grateful if you were to help me along the road to recovery!!
