recovered alcoholic, 7/11/91, sobered up at 22. it kinda sucked getting sober in Reno, Nv, where the average age of people in the rooms at that time was about 40. but it was a good expeirence for me, and set me on a stable path of recovery. at about 2 years sober, i joined a Clean&Sober motorcycle club, and finding motorcycles was one of the greatest gifts ever! the organisation I currently ride with is Sober Bikers United (www.soberbikersunited.org). I now reside in North Carolina, but am moving to Boise, Id in october. my homegroup is a friday night young peoples group, and id like to meet other YPs, Bikers, Punk Rockers, Goths, and other misfits that enjoy thier sobriety. i dont discriminate on fellowships, though i found what works for me in A.A. (I qualify for atleast three fellowships).
