| well....hello...ok, here is a brief description.....second grade teacher, two masters degrees, one in art therapy and one in elementary ed....two cats, ricki and fred, three gold fish, zsa zsa, petula ginger and pimp big daddy.....a weather loach named eddie, he likes the new goldfish, much more active.....i'm the oldest of five kids....i come from a family of lawyers and doctors and neuroscientists and i'm the artist....i guess you could say i'm the orange in the basket of apples....for years that was painful and difficult and now i'm ok with it....i feel comfortable in my own skin, i like my own company and i'm generally a happy person.......anyway, i'm 5th generation washingtonian....i love starbucks coffee, naps, all kinds of music, especially brazilian jazz, barnes and noble, art stores, flea markets, making stuff out of nothing and everything, remembering sedona and scicily and wanting to go to hong kong during the fall and the south pacific during the winter....loving my students and loving my summers...loving what i have and not wishing for what i don't have (usually)....living as if the glass is half full with a grateful heart...... |
