Hi all welcome to my recovery , which incedently, is shared by all of you, THANK GOD. If it weren't for all of you , I wouldn't be clean my self. My clean Date is 3-31-2002. I am very blessed to be around and hope for today is all that matters to me. You are all very important to me. I am 33 and proud to be the mom of 3 beautiful girls. I only see one of them But I know that they are ALL in the hands of GOD, my higher Power.

| God Bless The Oldtimers.....Keep the Memorial Going |

This bullitian applies to you if it applies to you. It doesn't matter What Anonymous Program You are In........
The other day , as I was sitting at the bedside of a dying Oldtimer, with another person in recovery.... I recieved a message . I honestly believe it was from My HP.
My healthy friend says to me, " Theresa, We are becoming the OLD TIMERS."
So many people who carried this message ( what ever message is carried to you, and that You carry to another.) to us are leaving. They are graduating the program. And he was right. I don't have a million years of clean time or soberiety, I don't even have 10 years of the previous. But my HP continues to tell me that whenever a hand reaches out to me for help, I AM responsible to help out in any way I am able. Sometimes that means a phone call, or a card , or a visit. But MOST OF ALL , it means CARRYING THE MESSAGE TO THE NEXT SUFFERING PERSON of whatever disease they have. I want to tell you I am VERY BLESSED to be part of such a wonderful recovery community. I don't mean the clubs. I mean the recovery community. I can only hope that one day I am thought of the way I think and feel about all of the oldtimers that I miss these days.
I am starting a list of Memorial for all the oldtimers I know who have left us in the years past. If you want to add to this list .
I would also like to add, if you know of someone passing away, please don't just let the "clubs" know, but please use the phone and call people.
I don't care what program it is.
