Hi, my name is Dottie and I am a recovering alcoholic/addict.   I have 35 years clean and sober and a lot of quality to my sobriety and life.  I am a student in Law and Criminal Justice and I hope to be graduating in the next 3 quarters.   I attend meetings at least once a day to give back to the programs that give us life and freedom to live.  It is through my higher power, God, that I have come this far and I see there is life after the meetings.  I believe that those who are new to the program need to have old-timers to share with and so that I can remember what it was like and where I have come from.
    I did not make 35 years alone, or doing it by myself, my program is a WE program of recovery and I need all those in recovery to stay clean and sober!  We all have to do what we got to do, I am committed and willing to take any lengths to keep my recovery.
