Wrote this 15 days clean on a pink cloud that I'm still riding.

"RECOVERY"

Brighter days are coming I can feel my heart humming,
Longing for something,
But this peace I think I'm loving,
Recovering from something but now it seems like nothing,
Gotten Past all the ruff things,
Was my addiction only bluffing.

No need to look back,
No need to relapse,
I Realize now I'm better than that,
My old ways werent working,
And I've done some soul searching,
Now steadily converting,
I'm past the death flirting,
Slowly I'm learning as an addict i was burning,
Now with clearity discerning the differance in my yearning,
Life with Love or death with drugs,
Something from up above has shown me true love.
