Its interesting...  I made this graph tonight and compared it with the graph from the last time I was clean.  If you notice, my last graph has alot of highs and lows.  This graph has alot more balance it appears.  Interesting data here.  Both graphs have 21 entries(I didn't even notice), the older one averaged 5.97 and todays averages 7.20 - That shows me there is a difference somewhere.  Something is working.   For me today that is good.  I'm pleased with how it came out.  Its funny what working the steps does.  

As you can see from above, I am having some high peaks and some very low valleys.  My lowest has been a 2 and my highest has been a 9.  I strive for balance in my life and as you can see I am all over the map right now.  The theory is this:  What goes up must come down and if I am WAY UP one day, then I have a long way to fall.  So I strive to reach that middle ground to avoid those great big falls.  Someday maybe I will.  Its apparent right now that I am on a WICKED ride!
