I hate feeling this way

I hate feeling likethis im so pissed off right now and i dont know how to handle it. I have to go to all these appointments everymonth. this month i have to go to the dentist to get cavities filled and they have to do them seperatly come on why cant they just do them at the same visit so now i have to go back in twice.to get them filled. I think im goingot go back to a different dentist that is close to my house,yeaht ahts the other thing i have to go at least 15 miuets away to get this done.so im chnaging dentist's one tat is closer to my house. ok im done venting now. thanks for reading?
