NA World Services is conducting a Medallion Survey

I have done this survey and it's pretty straight forward. It asks you 8 questions and if you follow the link below you can see and vote on the medallions numbering and finishes of your choice......ie: Roman Numerals I, II, III and Arabic Numbers which are numbers 1 2 3 etc and a Bronze or Nickel finish.
