Hello to all.....not real good at planning on what to say so im just going to lay it out there.....TRIGGERS....wow...didnt realize how powerful they can be...just hit my first MAIN one in my 5 month recovery.....it hit and it hit hard....i had all the emotions tied to triggers i guess...thats what my sponsor said.....thank my higher power that i choose to call god she was with me and able to guide me thru it...i know that there will be many more triggers in my recovery i just hope that the emotions and the physical things that i experienced, crying, shaking, headache, all the above type thing, will subside to some degree......recovery isnt going to be easy but damn it its going to be WORTH IT........thanks for reading my blog and many good recovery days to you.....hugs to you all.
